The Full Story

Carrie Ann Iacomini is a former educator, toddler mother, wife to a federal worker based overseas, and a believer that we as everyday people are responsible for creating a country that our founding fathers made true on paper.

After growing up in suburban Chicago and rural coastal Georgia, she received her Bachelor's in Political Science at Georgia State University in Atlanta. Post graduation, she moved to Memphis, Tennessee to pursue a career in education, teaching in Memphis neighborhoods of Frayser, Whitehaven, and eventually joining as an Operations Administrator in Raleigh-Bartlett. She received her Master's in Education from Christian Brothers University.

She made Memphis home after planting roots in Midtown, and has been working since to create and envision a better Tennessee for her daughter, both at home and abroad. After experiencing life overseas in the service of our country in Africa and Europe, she believes that progress is within reach and the life we envision for ourselves and our families is possible.
